At HookandLoop.com, we're always looking for ways to be more transparent about our process. That includes shipping transit times. Now, how long an order takes to ship depends on the product being ordered, whether we are holding stock on that item, how much is being ordered, and so much more. But once an order leaves our facility, it can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to arrive. But how long will it take to get to you?

UPS Ground Shipping

For UPS, shipments are fastest nearest to our Jacksonville, FL location. This is where all of our orders ship from and the base from which you should calculate transit times. As you can see, almost all of FL and the southern part of GA are a single day's transit. This means any order shipping to a location within the yellow area should arrive within one business day. Most of the country is within the 2 or 3 day transit range, while most western states take 4 days to arrive. There are smaller sections of CA, NV, OR, WA, MT, WY, and SD that take 5 days, as well as the bulk of HI, UT, and ID.
This is a great map to reference if you are in need of material by a certain date and want to make sure your product will arrive in time.

FedEx Ground Shipping

For FedEx, things work the same way. The difference here is just where FedEx is able to travel within the times specified. This map is very similar to the UPS map, except that HI and AL shipments take up to 7 business days and large parts of WA and OR are 5 days' transit instead of 4. Again, it is a smart idea to reference these maps should you need to receive material by a specific date. There are always expedited options available as well.

USPS Priority Mail Shipping

For USPS, we primarily ship via Priority Mail. This means that most orders are delivered within 3 business days. This can be a good option for west coast customers who may otherwise have to wait 4 or 5 business days to receive their products. That said, sometimes the post office is a little bit slower delivering packages and they have been known to take up to two weeks to deliver a package when they're busy. So it's important to consider the carrier when selecting your shipping.

Expedited and International Shipping Options

Of course, we can always expedite your shipment for an added cost. There are 3 day, 2 day, and over night options available including first overnight and Saturday delivery. We also ship to countries all over the world through economical options as well as expedited international options. Those should be available at checkout as well, and we are always available via phone, email, or site chat to help you calculate your shipping costs or take your order.
