COINS AND CUT PIECES

COINS (DOTS) are round circles of hook and loop with the peel and stick backing. The hook and loop come on separate rolls and are the same price. There are different quantities of coins on each width roll.

CUT PIECES are strip cut on our special machine from the rolls of hook and loop. We can make cut pieces from your Velcro ® brand tape in any length from 3/8" to 60"we cut on our machine to close tolerance. For instance a 3/4" width roll of tape can be cut to 3/4" lengths to make a 3/4"x 3/4" square. This could also be cut to 18" to make a strip. These rolls are 25 Yards long which is equivalent to 900", so divide 900 by the length of your piece to calculate the quantity of pieces per roll. Our minimum order is 1 roll (we cannot cut less than 1 full roll).

CUT AND MATED PIECES are cut pieces where the hook and loop are mated together. The hook and loop are mated together as they enter the machine and the end product is a mated set. Mated sets are often helpful to the end user by speeding up the assembly time or ensuring the proper alignment of the hook and loop.

There is a $5.00 charge per roll for cut pieces under 1". We can cut Velcro ® brand Onewrap rolls at a charge of $5.00 per roll or $8.00 per roll to cut and stack the strips. Any lengths of Velcro cut over 1" - we cut at no additional charge
