Special Items/Back Orders " We take pride in our Same Day Shipping service. Exceptions are custom made orders that are in large quantities or non-stock items. Just ask our Sales Associate if this item is available. You will be notified if an item is placed on Back Order or if you would prefer a substitution. Shipping* All orders are shipped Monday - Friday during our business hours of 8am - 4:30pm EST. Air orders need to be in by 3:00pm EST in order to ship that day We use Fedex, UPS and the US Postal Service to ship our orders. Freight charges are added to all orders. International orders will only be shipped Fedex - this is to properly assure a tracking number and delivery, please email for a rate quote. Duties, Tax, Customs, Other Fees associated with International shipping are the responsibility of the receiver. If these fees are not paid at the time the order clears customs, then the customers credit card will be billed for additional fees. Should an item be out of stock - you will be notified by E-mail. All orders are delivered for business day only. Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska through UPS will run higher than quoted on our website. Actual charges will apply *Same Day Shipping* We take pride in our Same Day Shipping Service but not all orders can be shipped same day - out of stock, back orders, custom straps, die cuts and cut pieces may take a few extra days Payment We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Money Orders, Checks and Wire Transfers on large orders. All C. O. D. orders will be shipped via Fedex. A $7.50 COD Fee is added to the invoice. Returns No returns on custom-made orders - this includes straps and cut pieces. A 15% restocking fee is added to all returns that are of no fault of HookandLoop.com.
